The Amarone Risotto obtains the municipal denomination - Typical Products. It's the first time as DeCo for a wine-based dish.
Among the Veronese dishes, the Amarone risotto will be placed alongside historical recipes such as gnocchi, Nadalin, Pastisada de Caval, Pearà and Renga. The application for recognition was promoted by the typical restaurateurs of the Municipality of Verona, led by the restaurants Caffè MonteBaldo and Al Calmiere.
