The Jerusalem Municipality approved for deposit in the District Committee four plans for urban renewal in Kiryat Menachem. 1,709 new apartments will be built, among other things in two huge 41-story towers.

The plan includes an area for public uses for the well-being of the residents, crossings with mechanical means for pedestrians and a commercial facade. In the committee's decision, it is required to examine the construction of one tower and two 10-story buildings. The full details of the approved plans are further down the article.
