The challenge for the best pastry chef in Italy for 2024 is underway. The National Pastry, Ice Cream and Chocolate Championship scheduled for the Tirreno CT Fair in Marina di Carrara (Massa-Carrara) will start on 5 and 6 March.

The competition tests for the master pastry chefs will be themed "The enchanted world of fairy tales" The overall winners of the three categories will have the task of representing Italy in the World Trophy of Pastry,. Icecream and Chocolate to be held in 2025.
