The competition for the best junior pastry chef is underway. Starting from Tuesday 9th to Thursday 11th April, the National Hotel Institute Pastry Championship in Vittorio Veneto (Treviso) 60 young talents competing from 30 schools across Italy.

The challenge, organized by the International Pastry, Ice Cream and Chocolate Federation (Fipgc) and the "A. Beltrame" Professional Institute for Hotel and Catering Services, is promoted by the Ministry of Education and Merit.
