The export of Bufala PDO is worth 300 million, the tour begins - Campania. The sector's exports are in fact worth over 300 million euros and have exceeded 40% of the entire production for the first time.
The international tour begins on February 25th, from Paris, where the "Salon du Fromage" opens. Buffalo mozzarella from Campania will participate in the exhibition as part of the collective exhibition curated by Ice. From 5 to 8 March the Consortium will take part in the "Foodex" in Tokyo; from 18 to 21 March we move to the "Alimentaria" exhibition in Barcelona.
