The FIGC Federal Court of Appeal has suspended the judgment on Manolo Portanova "until the final judgment in criminal proceedings has been reached" Portanova was sentenced in the first instance to six years' imprisonment for gang sexual violence. The case of the Reggiana footballer was returned to the scrutiny of the FIGC court following the ruling of the Board of Guarantee at the CONI which on 19 January had accepted " in part" the appeal of the public prosecutor's office.
