The Municipality of Haifa presents today for the first time the "Banana" plan - Haifa's new business center. The master plan for the renewal of the eastern entrances in Haifa is located between the Neve Shanan and Hadar HaCarmel intersections.
The plan covers an area of approximately 700 dunams, and transforms an area that is developed with low intensity, saturated with disconnections and biased by rail traffic. According to the plan, the new space will include approximately 900,000 m square meters for employment needs.
