The greener the city, the healthier the psyche. A new study from the USA shows that in cities with more green spaces, people are less at risk of suffering from mental illnesses.

Exercising in the fresh air is healthy. If you are stressed, you should try a long walk, a jog or a picnic with friends in the park. Leisure activities in the countryside have been proven to lower cortisol levels and therefore bring relaxation. However, if you live in a big city, it's sometimes quite a distance to the next park or green space.
