The system is based on a smart algorithm that locates canceled appointments and proactively offers them to customers, according to their personal preferences, including field of expertise and distance they are willing to travel. In just one week, we contacted 12,600 customers who had already visited the doctor and 4,700 of them confirmed to us that they did not intend to come to their scheduled appointment.
