A car was trapped in a flooded tunnel and neighbors came out to rescue it. Or rather, to fish it.
Everything was recorded in a video that they recorded from a nearby balcony. The red car floated in the waters of the improvised river that seemed to divide the Almagro neighborhood in two: a portion from the Sarmiento train tracks to the north; and the other, looking south. "But how did he do it? Was it sent when it was already flooded?" asked one Twitter user.
