Professor Robert Waldinger leads the longest scientific study ever conducted on adult life, happiness and health. The "Harvard Study of Adult Development", conducted by Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, began in 1938, 85 years ago, with 724 adolescents.

Today, the study has expanded to their partners and their 1300 descendants over two generations. To find out, the researchers analyzed the mental and physical health of the participants. The objective of this work? Know what promotes healthy adult development, from adolescence to aging.
