Girotonno is a gastronomic event celebrating Mediterranean bluefin tuna scheduled from May 30th to June 2nd in Carloforte, on the island of San Pietro, in Sardinia. An online contest will choose the team of national chefs who will compete with other countries in the new edition of the Tuna Competition.

To participate in the selections, you must be a professional chef, invent a recipe based onbluefin tuna, take a photo and upload it to the giroton no.it website.
