Kanye West wore a strange crucifix mask at the Super Bowl final. The mask is in fact an archive piece from Alexander McQueen's 1996 collection.
The show, presented in Christ Church in London, caused a stir at the time, mixing Catholic iconography and war images. February 11 marks the date of death of McQueen, who died in 2010. The rapper is, however, a fervent believer, preaching in ceremonies and having an album entirely dedicated to religion, entitled Jesus Is King.
