The woman accused of murdering her eight-month-old baby faked a kidnapping. The alleged murderer will be brought to justice this Wednesday, at which time she will undergo a psychiatric examination.
The woman is pregnant again and is in the first months of her pregnancy. According to the preliminary results of the autopsy, the child died of asphyxiation and, according to sources close to the case, investigators have concluded that it was not an accidental death or the result of recklessness. The case was classified as high risk due to the details the man gave.
