Theft of works of art worth one million euros at the Vittoriale. In fact, all 49 works from the temporary exhibition by artist Umberto Mastroianni have disappeared.
The Carabinieri with the cultural heritage protection unit are investigating. These are works in gold and were on display in Gardone Riviera, in the province of Brescia, until December 30th and were due to close tomorrow. The managers discovered the sensational theft and when they opened the doors in the morning, found all the exhibition spaces empty.
