Sebastián Villa was sentenced to two years and one month in prison suspended for exercising gender violence against Daniela Cortés. The Justice raised to trial the case against the Boca striker for "sexual abuse with carnal access", from a complaint by Tamara Doldán.
The young woman said that the event occurred on the night of June 26, 2021 in the country "Venado II" of Canning, a town in the Buenos Aires party of Ezeiza. According to witness statements, a friend of Villa's managed to give $5,000 to Doldan.
