This low carb seed bread can have any topping. It is bursting with fiber, proteins, healthy fats and minerals.

The preparation is really a piece of cake: Preheat oven to 180 °C fan oven. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Cover with a clean cloth and let it soak for 30 minutes. Form into a loaf with wet hands. Place bread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with sunflower, pumpkin seeds or other seeds if desired. Bake for 65 minutes.
