Israel Land Authority approves plan to establish new residential neighborhood in Gan Yavneh. The plan includes the construction of approximately 1,700 new apartments and offers areas for employment and commerce and public buildings.

The veterans will house workers in Neve Oved, and to the north of the local council's industrial zone. The construction includes relatively low buildings, with a graded height that varies between 4-8 floors only, taking into account the environment and the height of the existing construction bordering the plan.
