One person has died tonight in a Russian missile attack on Chuhuiv, in the eastern Ukrainian region of Kharkiv. US alarm: Russia is working on an anti-satellite nuclear weapon (ANSA) . Ukraine issued a nationwide air alert this morning after the military warned that a group of bombers took off. The mayor of Kiev, Vitali Klitschko, spoke of "explosions in the city".
