Urethral cancer: The nature of urine can be an initial indication. Blood in the urine (hematuria) can be visible or invisible and can be a sign of urethral carcinoma.

Other signs may include an increased urge to urinate. This can occur if the urethra is already narrowed by the tumor and an increased amount of residual urine remains in the bladder. A narrowing of the Urethra can also cause three other problems: Painful urination Weakened urine stream or dribbling. Discomfort after sexual intercourse.
