Alec Baldwin pleads not guilty to manslaughter of cinematography director Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film 'Rust' in 2021. Baldwin was rehearsing a scene near Santa Fe when the gun he was holding, which should not have contained 'live' bullets, went off and wounded Souza in the shoulder and, ricocheting, killed Hutchins.
The actor faces between 18 months and five years behind bars, according to reports in the U.S. American media reported that Baldwin pulled out of court today.
