Michael Jackson's son Bigi has reportedly filed a motion with the court against Katherine Jackson. The 22-year-old would like to prevent his grandmother from using the singer's inheritance to pay her legal fees.
This has in fact embarked on a completely different legal battle. Bigi would aim to prevent him from dipping into the King of Pop's assets as part of this other trial. Neither Bigi nor his grandmother have, however, spoken publicly about the matter. The young man would be open to the idea of covering certain legal costs dating from before Katherine Jackson's appeal request.
