A new book reveals the late Prince Philip's (rather nasty) nickname for Meghan Markle. Philip allegedly called Markle the "Duchess of Windsor" in a particularly sarcastic reference to the disgraced American socialite Wallis Simpson.
According to the author in her new book, Philip thought it was "amazing" how much Markle reminded him of Simpson. Markle and Prince Harry decided to take a few steps back from their seniority in the royal family in January 2020 and currently live with their two children Archie and Lilyba in Santa Barbara, California.
