Yannick Bolloré has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vivendi (Canal+, Havas, Prisma Media, etc.) since April 2018. He confirms the retention of Arnaud Lagardère as Director of his group.

The European Commission's decision will mark a real turning point for Vivendi once the remedies imposed by the European Commission have been implemented. We are confident that we will be able to finalize these two operations by the end of October, which will allow the effective merger of our two groups.
