Yehuda Levy purchased a mini-penthouse in Sde Dov for NIS 8 million. The transaction reflects a price of approximately NIS 68,400 per square meter, including the balcony.
The "Ashira" project will be built on one of the plots in the S de Dov complex, on an area of 7.3 dunams. The project also includes a private indoor swimming pool, a private spa complex, a gym complex, lounges and work rooms.
