Young penguin gets lost on tarmac and paralyzes air traffic. He waddled across the asphalt and ensured an unforgettable effort for everyone involved.

The penguin, estimated to be six weeks old, had obviously fledged and had fledged possibly lost on his way home. Despite being thin in stature and slightly underweight, the bird was in good health. The zoo plans to release the penguin back into the wild in a few weeks once his feathers are waterproof. The incident was so far unique for the airport but measures have been taken to prevent future unexpected penguin visits.
