The employees of the Arc-en-ciel residence, a retirement home in Bezons, returned to work this Friday, March 22. Their union representatives signed an agreement ending the conflict the day before.
“They were right to hold on. They were supported by everyone,” underlines Yannick Visticot, representative of the families of the establishment. In April 2023, residents of Jardins d'Iroise, in Saint-Gratien, joined the social movement of caregivers.
