Rotem Milstein, 26, accused of threats, assault, possession of a knife, trespassing and theft. Incident took place two weeks after he was convicted of threatening the LGBT community in Jerusalem about 4 years earlier.
"Do you think I will give in Gaza?" he slapped them and pulled out a knife. "Anyone who is gay and Arab - to the crematoria," he said at the time of the incident. "His wild actions show the high level of danger he poses to the entire Alma," says lawyer Uri Adler.
