Seven members of the criminal organization Haya were accused of attempts to eliminate rival criminal Eli Mosley. According to the indictment, the seven planned in detail Mosley's murder, using a powerful explosive device that would be set off under his car in central Tel Aviv.
The police believe that innocent people were also injured in the explosion. Although the head of the organization, Eran Haya, is not charged, the indictment states that he ordered the murder and frequent contact with those involved. The names of the accused are Ofek Harosh, Elia Salomon, Idan Chen, Shlomo Niamchik, Avi Nisani and Devir Cohen.
