The strike at Deutsche Bahn has been cancelled – but almost nothing was going on at Bayerische Regiobahn on Monday. The reason was the strike of the EVG union.

In the Augsburg/Ammersee network, strike participation is almost 100 percent, reported Munich-based EVG boss Isidoro Peronace. Unlike DB, the collective bargaining dispute at BRB is not mainly about the minimum wage. Rather, the main demand is a wage increase of at least 650 euros or 12 percent.
