A soldier in the Nahal Brigade was arrested early this morning on suspicion of intending to sell a Tabor-type weapon that he had signed at the beginning of the fighting. The soldier denied and claimed that the idea came up "in jest".

The prosecution demanded that the suspect's detention be extended, but The court did not accept her position and released the suspect. The fighter who was arrested tonight denied any connection to planning to sell the rifle. The rifle was not sold, nor was it transferred to another party. It is in the hands of the military police.
