[HIGHLIGHTS] Éric Husson, Mr. Rugby from Ris-Orangis who became a deputy: “Not all elected officials come from Sciences-po”

Éric Husson is the deputy for Essonne Marie Guévenoux. He is the president of the rugby section of the Ris-Orangis Sports Union.

The 60-year-old has stood out from the fray as much as from the crowd. He was appointed Minister Delegate for Overseas in the government of Prime Minister Gabriel Attal, and for whom he was the deputy. He will replace the former Renaissance MP for the 9th constituency of Essonne, Marie Guervenoux, who has been appointed to the Cabinet.
