The Eure-et-Loir prefecture has closed a bakery and a restaurant in Châteaudun. Inspectors from the Departmental Directorate of Employment, Labor, Solidarity and Population Protection (DDETSPP) identified a flagrant lack of maintenance and disinfection of the premises.

Failure to comply with the health control plan and the presence of cleaning equipment likely to cause contamination and unsanitary conditions led to the immediate closure of the establishment. The lifting of this measure will be conditional on strict compliance with health rules in force.
