The Society for the Protection of Animals (SPA) is looking for new investigators. The animal protection association is launching a recruitment campaign for investigator delegates in the Oise department.

These volunteers will observe the condition of the animal, if it has water, food and if it is clean. “It’s important, we’re not here to judge,” says Clément, a thirty-year-old SPA volunteer investigator in Oise. ‘Only 5% of cases, we are sure of proven mistreatment,’ underlines the SPA investigator.
