Hans Gärtner and Manfred Menke designed a parking deck for Hatzplatz in Wolfratshausen. The planning on the site violates the boundaries of the development plan in several respects.
The majority of the building committee rejected an application for a preliminary ruling. Other variants are being examined for their feasibility at this point. The city council had already ruled out this option - internally - as it would be a very lengthy, lengthy undertaking. The most likely plan is not to be a building deck on HatZplatz - instead, a building will be commissioned to examine various options for a parking garage on the city's main square, HatzPLATZ.
