The situation is particularly good for Russia as Ukraine is withdrawing and is running out of money. On February 24, 2024, Ukraine will have been at war for exactly two years. Even though Russia has made progress by taking Avdiivka, Ukrainian President Zelensky has no doubt that Ukraine will win the war.
