French National Assembly adopts a rehabilitation law for convicted people. The deputies also reestablished the principle of financial compensation for these people, convicted of homosexuality.

Minister of Justice Éric Dupond-Moretti asked for forgiveness from people who are victims of discrimination because of their homosexuality. The text will now resume its legislative journey in the Senate. The number of people benefiting from reparation could be between 200, as in Spain, and 400, as in Germany, the rapporteur of the text said.
