“Submerged in the Internet” during the pandemic – father sends child pornographic videos. Judge Helmut Berger sentenced a Wolfratshauser man to 14 months probation for distributing and possessing prohibited content.
The minimum sentence was twelve months since a change in the law in the summer of 2021. The judge determined that the probation period would be three years. As a condition, the convicted person must pay 1,000 euros to the German Child Protection Association.
