Architects Dominique Dupré-Henry and Tangui Le Dantec accuse Paris town hall of neglecting the Eiffel Tower and its surroundings. They criticize the town hall for poor financial management and a search for profitability at all costs.

They point out in particular a sharp increase in the fee required by the municipality which would go from 16 to 50 million euros per year as well as an undervaluation of the works budgets. They are architects and co-founders of the collective Aux Arbres Citoyens.
