The Créteil academy brings together the schools of Seine-Saint-Denis, Val-de-Marne and Seine. It does not have a sufficient stock of replacements to compensate for the all absences.
The organization, for several years, of an additional external competition for the recruitment of school teachers does not meet all the needs here. Also, and even if the profession always attracts, working in the CréTeil academy puts off more than one candidate, for different reasons.
