“There's never been anything like this here before’: New restaurant in Unterhaching offers lobster and truffles by the fireplace. The name of the restaurant comes from her great-grandfather Georg Demas, who bought the property on the main street in 1951.

“Steak and fish,” is how the 43-year-old Markus Demas describes it. A lot of emphasis is placed on regionality at “’51 by Georg”.
