Aure-sur-Mer, east of Omaha Beach, is blocked because of an inextricable conflict between the mayor and a large part of the municipal council. The fault lies with a municipal team which only has a team in name as the rift is complete.
“From the first day, I did not have the unanimity of my council when it came time to get involved,” squeaks the mayor. The council withdrew my delegations to award contracts in the spring of 2021, less than a year after the election.
