22 injured in fire: two in danger of death. Investigations into the cause are now underway.

More than 100 firefighters as well as 25 ambulances and five emergency doctors were deployed because of the fire. The building was no longer habitable for the time being. City representatives took care of temporary accommodation for the residents. The fire brigade and police received several emergency calls late on Saturday evening due to heavy smoke. In addition, several residents - especially on the upper floors - were trapped in their apartments. Firefighters rescued some of those affected from their balconies using turntable ladders.
