3-year-old twins found dead in a car on I-95 in Miami. The driver jumped off a bridge when the police arrived.
"There should be no incident that results in the loss of a child," laments the police, "we really hope to find out what happened and why something as tragic as this would happen" The children were taken to a hospital and were pronounced dead there. No information has been provided about the cause, but there were no visible marks or wounds.
