300,000 euros in six months: 3 identity document forgers arrested south of Lyon. Three suspects are currently in police custody in Lyon.
They are suspected of aiding illegal entry and stay in an organized gang, fraudulent provision of false and false administrative documents and use of forgeries. The investigation began in the fall of 2023 following the receipt by law enforcement of an anonymous letter. According to initial estimates, the traffic of these counterfeiters brought in 300,000 euro for those concerned in 6 months.
