The Le Brouard restaurant opened its doors in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés a few days ago. There is a lunch menu for only 25 euros and a menu that will be available in summer.

The restaurant is named in homage to Pierre Brouards, a baker from the chef's village. The 30-year-old chef has previously worked at L'Ours in Vincennes and Les Mérovingiens in Noisy-le-Grand (Seine-Saint-Denis)
