The production costs are around 21 million euros, for the buildings including the daycare center it is around 14 million euros. There will be no underground car park, but some of the houses will have a basement. There are 21 parking spaces above ground for the vehicles. The maximum limit for new rentals is twelve euros per square meter. The apartments can be expected to move into December.
