A man who disappeared 21 years ago in Bilbao, who ignored his family, was found alive in Navarra. The man now found left without a trace in 2003, but his family did not report the departure until 2009.
The missing man had already rebuilt his life with a family of fairground vendors. He has given permission to the armed institute to inform a sister that he is alive and little else, since an adult disappeared by his own will can veto the family being informed.
