A new institute dedicated to Roussillon wines opens on the Banyuls campus. The first trainees are from the world of wine and tourism at Mas Reig.
These short training courses will be supplemented at the start of the school year by a long, qualifying training course set up in collaboration with GRETA and the Lycée Bourquin d'Argelès, with an additional “sommellerie” mention. Opening planned for the next summer season.
