The meeting will be held on Tuesday 16 April, from 09.30 to 12.00 in the Aula Magna of the Rectorate of the Roma Tre University. After the institutional greetings, including the rector Massimiliano Fiorucci and the authorities representing the European institutions, the debate session will begin.
Students from the University of Roma Tre and the public present in the room will address their questions directly to the MEPs questions on current affairs, European policies and issues of general interest. The meeting will contribute to the deepening of knowledge of the European Union and its functioning as well as to the strengthening of direct and transparent dialogue between institutions and the population. It is free and open to participation. The Europe Direct Center of the University and the Office of the. European Parliament in Italy - in collaboration with the Representation of. the European Commission in Italy, the European Documentation Centers (Cde) and the other Eds of the city of Rome - are organizing the event. The event is entitled "I Want Eu: students meet MEPs".
